Returns & Exchanges

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit where applicable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of wrong or defective items sent by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
