Refund & Return Policy

At LittlePicasso.ng, we take pride in the quality of our creative sleepwear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
• Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must remain in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Sale/Clearance items are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The Process
1. Initiate: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
3. Resolution: * Exchanges: If the size is wrong, we will swap it for the correct size (subject to availability).
• Store Credit: We can issue a digital gift card for the value of the item.
• Refunds: Monetary refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products where a replacement is unavailable.
Shipping Costs
• Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returning items due to size preference or change of mind are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
• Our Responsibility: If we sent the wrong item or a damaged product, LittlePicasso.ng will bear all delivery costs for the replacement.
